Terms and conditions

The owner of this online store is Ultimatemarket International Oü, registration number 12339672, based in Keila, Estonia. These terms apply to online orders unless otherwise agreed in writing. For construction products, we comply with the general contract terms of Hirsitaloteollisuus ry.

Ordering Products are primarily ordered through the online store. Orders can also be made via email at info@ultimatemarket.com or by phone at +358 2 2590 200.

Prices and Information Product prices in euros (€) are indicated on the product pages. Prices reflect the sales moment and are provided ex-works/warehouse. Additional ordered items and delivery costs are charged separately and are also shown and orderable from the product page. Product prices include VAT. Sales are conducted based on the price level and potential offers applicable at the time of purchase. Offers after the sales moment cannot be applied to an existing order. All information related to products is presented on the product page.

Making an Online Order The desired products and additional items are added to the shopping cart in the online store. In the cart review, product quantities can be updated or removed. The total order amount is shown at the bottom of the shopping cart. When the cart is ready, proceed to checkout, where:

  • billing and delivery address information is provided,
  • other contact details are entered,
  • the desired delivery method is chosen,
  • the desired payment method is selected, and
  • any additional information deemed important by the customer is added.

After reading and accepting the delivery terms, the product can be ordered.

Payment Terms Payment terms are chosen at the time of ordering. For quick immediate deliveries, the full purchase amount is paid or invoiced at once. Larger projects with longer delivery times are invoiced according to the agreement, following the general contract terms of Hirsitaloteollisuus ry.

Payment can be made either via Ultimatemarket's own billing or conveniently through our payment intermediary Maksekeskus AS, offering the following payment options:

  • Payments from Finnish banks: Aktia, Ålandsbanken, Danske, Handelsbanken, Nordea, Oma Säästöpankki, OP, POP Pankki, S-Pankki, Säästöpankki
  • Payments from Estonian banks: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Bank, Pocopay, Citadele
  • Card payments: Visa / MasterCard

Note! When using a payment link, confirm the payment and return to the seller's service afterward. Personal data required for payments are transferred using software authorized by Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force once the payment has been transferred to the online store's bank account. If a product cannot be delivered or a confirmed delivery time cannot be agreed upon, the buyer will be informed immediately, and the payment (including delivery costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

Ordered products can also be paid for with gift cards and discount coupons, recognized by the online store through the code entered by the customer in the shopping cart. Gift cards are sold in the online store and are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Discount codes valid for a predetermined period can be obtained through Ultimate's promotional campaigns.

Changes to the Product Selection We reserve the right to make changes to the product selection and technical modifications to all our products. We may also replace products being discontinued with a new model or temporarily out-of-stock products with a technically equivalent device.

Delivery Time The delivery time for products varies depending on the supplier. For special offer and campaign products, delivery is based on payment order and in bulk loads, which determine the specific delivery time.

Delivery Method We deliver products to the following countries: Finland, Estonia, Sweden, Norway, Germany (and other countries by agreement). The customer pays the transport cost at the time of ordering. Ultimatemarket provides an indicative delivery time with the order and confirms the schedule closer to the delivery date.

Products are primarily delivered using Ultimatemarket's own bulk loads. They are delivered to the end of a truck road or as close as the delivery vehicle can easily reach. Products are usually delivered by distribution truck, larger trucks if necessary, and unloaded according to the product’s unloading requirements, either with a tail lift and pallet truck. The customer is obliged to indicate an appropriate place for unloading to the driver. The customer is responsible for the conditions at the unloading site and the access route. If the driver deems it unsafe to drive to the unloading site due to, e.g., road restrictions or narrow access, the customer is required to arrange an alternative unloading site.

Order Receipt and Complaints Ultimatemarket International Oü is responsible for the quality of the delivered product and any possible defects or deficiencies. The supplier reserves the right to make only one additional delivery at its own expense, where all deficiencies must be collected and informed.

Document any deficiencies or damage found with photos so that they can be handled and inspected in our production.

The receiver of the goods must check the packages and acknowledge receipt of the products as per the freight documents. Any complaints regarding the quantity and condition of the products must be noted on the freight document, except for products left without the receiver's presence. Further complaints regarding transportation damage should be made promptly and directly to the seller concerning the affected products.

Check also that the listed quantities match and that the product has been delivered according to the packing lists.

Any complaints regarding the quantity and quality of goods must be made to our customer service preferably in writing as soon as possible after receiving the goods, no later than two months and always before installation or attachment to structures.

The supplier is not responsible for defects resulting from installation contrary to the installation instructions or failure to follow instructions.

Cancellations Consumer customers have the right to cancel a sale in accordance with consumer protection laws when it concerns a standard product. If the product includes customer-specific additional options, the cancellation of the order will incur reasonable handling and other costs. Order cancellations are possible before the product is shipped.

Returns All returns must be negotiated with our sales service. Notify us of the need for a return by email at info@ultimatemarket.com. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products in their original packaging. Installed or partially installed products, building elements, or components are not accepted as returns, nor are products ordered with additional options or modified products. For returns, the buyer is responsible for proper packaging of the products so that the shipping company can collect and safely transport them. If the return is not due to the seller's fault, the buyer is responsible for the arrangements and shipping costs of the return. The refund of the purchase amount is made within 14 days of the cancellation notification and the return's arrival at the factory.

Problem Situations Any disputes will be resolved primarily through negotiations. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations between the parties, contact Consumer Advice (https://www.kkv.fi/kuluttajaneuvonta/) or the Consumer Disputes Board (www.kuluttajariita.fi).

Storage Products that may be stored outdoors are packed in weatherproof packaging. If the product is stored outdoors by the customer before installation, the packages should be inspected for tears and protected from weather. Products delivered in cardboard boxes should be stored in dry spaces.

Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data The online store uses customer-provided information solely for processing orders and arranging delivery. We send our best offers by email only to those customers who have consented to it. The email address can be removed from our marketing list upon request either by informing us via email or by logging into our website and changing the customer account settings.
